If the transfer on the t-shirts start to 'crack' and 'flake off', to make these shirts re-usable again, is there a solvent or any other means to totally remove the original transfers?
No. Unfortunately there are no known ways to totally remove the transfer.

Does the printer used (ie ink properties) affect the longevity of the image or the transfer material? If so, what make / model of printer is recommended?
Typically not. Canon inks are good for longevity if the transfer is ironed with sufficient amounts of pressure, temperature and time.

Does UV destablise the T shirt transfer material and ink?
No. The product is safe for outdoor use.

Is there any other way to 100% revive a degraded image?
When the cracking is just observed, the transfer can be revived using the overlay sheet and higher transfer pressure than what was used. Once 'flake off' is observed, it's hard to revive.

Which transfer product should I use for my t-shirt?

If you have  light/white coloured material then use the 70580
If you have dark coloured materials then use 79009

What is the difference between White & Color t-shirt transfers?

The White transfer becomes clear when heat is applied and the color has a white background once heat is applied.

Can the Magnetic sheets be placed on cars?
They are not designed for this purpose and they are not waterproof

Can I use the T-shirt transfers with lycra or 100% synthetic materials?
Generally any material that cannot be ironed using a household iron is not suitable.  Please refer to the instructions that came with your iron.  Any material that is likely to be damaged by ironing is not recommended.

Can I wash my T-shirt?
Yes, always use cold water and remember to turn your T-shirt inside out. If you iron your T-shirt, do not apply heat directly onto the transfer.

I have a colour T-shirt, how do I avoid the ‘white border’ around my image?
If you want to avoid the ‘white border’ you can cut out each character or image to remove the white border or Colour the background on your transfer to the same as your T-shirt.
